Explanation/Role in Larger Campaign:

In the competitive world of sweet treat cereals, Fruity Pebbles faced the challenge of remaining top of mind when it comes to cereals that are big on flavor and fun. Kraft wanted a promotion that would draw attention to Fruity Pebbles strengths and highlight their big fruity taste.

The strategy was an online experience that would immerse visitors in the world of Bedrock and give them an engaging, fun opportunity to discover the “source” of all that fruity flavor.
The design team researched and realized that the use of the red/green 3D technology was largely underused on the Web, and knew it would be all the more intriguing for a whole new generation of kids enjoying Fruity Pebbles.

So, the design and development team created a series of mini-games that would interact with the cool 3D glasses that came inside the boxes of Fruity Pebbles. This 3D depth of games gives you, the player, the sensation of having objects coming at you as you journey through the mountain on your quest for the source of Fruity Pebbles…immersing you in the world where the Big Fruit Taste of Pebbles was first formed.
